   1. Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay in processing your order.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes Nur Yunlu Art is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

7. Damages Nur Yunlu Art is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

8. International Shipping At this time, we only ship within the United States. We are working on expanding our shipping options to serve our international customers in the future.
